In my seventies now (I can hardly believe that statement is really true), I see myself more of an equipper than struggling with aspirations. 

I could say I aspire to enable others. 

Seventy years is a long time, especially for a man who has constantly yearned to learn more, do more, be more, be true, be braver, be more of a blessing to God, and to ultimately be someone I genuinely like and respect. 

For you, this translates to variety. It is not schizonphrenic to do different things in different decades. I certainly have.
